Construction on the Dorsey Pointe Town Homes began in 2009 and was completed at the end of 2016. Our beautiful community is made up of 24 town home units that are brought together in 5 buildings. While each town home adheres to a basic universal floor-plan, there are some subtle differences that can be found within. Floor plans range from 1,850 square feet up to 3,450, and most units include either a finished or unfinished basement.
Dorsey Pointe Town Homes are a part of Blue Ridge Manor. Blue Ridge Manor Commission meetings are scheduled on the 4th Monday of every month at the Middletown Fire Department.
